The Bob Chapman Collection
As the 1990s drew to a close, Bob Chapman combined a nascent passion for photography with a lifelong passion for motorsport. A trip to the 2000 Rolex 24 at Daytona brought an opportunity to pursue motorsport photography professionally. Although he remained tethered to an 8-5 corporate life during the next several years, he could be found at the track each weekendwith camera in hand.
During the past several years, Chapman's photographs have been featured in anumber of leading automotive magazines, motorsport books and motorsportmedia web sites. Among these are Autoweek, Road & Track, Sports CarInternational, Porsche Panorama, Autosport, Racer, MCsquared and the PorscheSport annuals. Most recently, his photojournalistic efforts have beenregularly featured in Excellence: The Magazine About Porsche.
